By using this website you adhere and acknowledge the below terms of all sales being final. Please take the time to go over this policy prior to checking out as this is a strict policy followed by this shop.
Please be aware due to the nature of the items being purchased on this site, you acknowledge each doll is custom, hand made, and hand poured silicone art that are collectibles. Due to this fact, these items are non refundable or returnable. Refunds will not be issues for any reason other than extremely special circumstances that are at the complete and sole discretion of this shops owners.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In some rare, special occurrences refunds/returns may be issued, but this is generally not the case and made at the sole discretion of the shop's owner and is not a guarantee of any kind.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If under the special circumstances listed above are met, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
