By checking the acknowledge text box, you are agreeing to this shops policy on returns and that the items you are purchasing will not be refunded or canceled due to any reason other than those listed below. Please take the time to read these terms carefully before continuing through the checkout process. Payments are processed immediately after checkout! Please be aware of the shipping and lead time listed below and in the Shops policies.

By using this website you adhere and acknowledge the below terms of all sales being final. Please take the time to go over this policy prior to checking out as this is a strict policy followed by this shop.

Please be aware due to the nature of the items being purchased on this site, you acknowledge each doll is custom, hand made, and hand poured silicone art that are collectibles. Therefore, these custom made items cannot be restocked and resold in our store. Due to this fact, these items are non refundable or returnable. Refunds will not be issues for any reason other than extremely special circumstances that are at the complete and sole discretion of this shop's owners.

Processing times for all silicone dolls on the site are 5 to 6 weeks and a shipping time of 1-4 business days from date of shipment (US Customers only). USPS is primarily the carrier used to ship our products. International sales will have the same processing time but ship times will vary greatly depending on destination and shipping service chosen. Our shop is not responsible for any VAT, custom taxes, import fees or any other fee associated with International shipment and the buyer assumes complete responsibility for any fees incurred importing into their country/region outside of the US. We currently only offer free shipping to our US customers at this time.
