Hello! My name is Rachel, I am the artist behind Cuddle Cubs Nursery. I am a nurse, turned Stay at home mom, turned artist! I began sculpting in 2021 and have always dreamed of selling my art with a purpose. During my time as a nurse I witnessed first hand the discomforts and struggles that people faced everyday with mental health. I also had the pleasure of witnessing the benefits of cuddle baby therapy a few times in the healthcare setting. BUT! A few times wasn't enough. The benefits of this therapy were highly overlooked and underutilized. Upon further research I discovered that these dolls were hand crafted from scratch and cost in the upwards of thousands of dollars upon completion (As well deserved). Becoming a stay at home mom gave me the opportunity to practice my sculpting and fully discover this art. Since then I have been testing and discovering new techniques to bring these babies to those who need them for a reasonable price. Life can be so HARD!
